Anna Cavanagh

Anna is the Director of Learning at Qatar International School, one of the leading British international schools in Doha.  Having moved to Doha after 5 years of working in an inner city East London comprehensive, Anna continues her leadership journey specializing in staff growth and development.  Over the past 7 years at QIS, Anna has introduced and continues to lead on the strong coaching ethos within the school through whole school initiatives such as Joint Practice Development and the accredited OLEVI programmes she facilitates. Whilst still on the coaching journey, the school last year was awarded ‘gold standard’ by BSO and a special mention was made to the CPD programme offered that Anna head’s up.
