As well as his international work, Inderjit has worked nationally for Central Government where he led the UK Government’s highly acclaimed London Challenge programme – designed to strengthen the performance of London schools – as well as the UK’s first strategy aimed at improving the educational performance of BAME students.
Earlier in his career Inderjit set up and led an equality and human rights charity which now has an international and national reputation for its focus on innovation and effectiveness.
Inderjit is driven by developing others, justice and equality.
When not working Inderjit is usually found playing one of the many sport in which he has a huge interest.
