James McBlane

James’ current role is Head of Secondary at Hartland International having joined Hartland in April after 14 years at the British School Al Khubairat in Abu Dhabi. James is an Associate CPD Leader with the Teacher Development Trust. He also leads, facilitates, coaches and assesses on a variety of courses and qualifications from QTS to NPQH across a number of leading providers and universities. James is the co-founder of the UAE Research Schools Network and co-founder of LearnED, an online platform providing CPD courses, qualifications and support for teachers and schools. James is currently undertaking doctoral studies focused on the leadership of professional development.
