Dr. Racquel Warner is a career educator and trainer with over 30 years international experience across the full spectrum of education . She is an alumni of University of Exeter where she earned her doctoral degree in education. She has served in various academic and leadership positions at major campuses in Dubai and she is currently an Assistant Professor and Master of Public Administration Program Coordinator at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government in Dubai. She is the module leader for the core research methods modules and she is also the lead education policy instructor in the Master of Public Policy program. Dr. Warner has conducted Executive Education and Professional Development training for over 15 years and is able to assist organizations to strategically access the continued professional development needs and to design and deliver timely training interventions that equip and motivate leaders, students, faculty and staff to deal with their most pressing challenges.

While she is an expert face to face instructor, she is proficient with e-learning facilitation. Her research interests are in education policy, leadership development, diversity management and lifelong learning.  She is an executive member of a number of educational and professional bodies including the Association of International Business MENA  and she also  actively supports the development and accessibility of quality education to at risk groups in developing countries like Nepal.  Dr. Warner has published her work and presented at many international conferences.
