Robert Fenlon

Rob Fenlon has been an international teacher and Clifton Strengths trainer for over 25 years with diverse experience in the UK, Zimbabwe, Burma, Thailand, Australia and the UAE.

Rob became aware of the impact of high teacher turnover on staff and student morale, educational achievement and the school’s finances. He realized that traditional support failed to address the unique challenges faced by teachers so that they could flourish abroad.

He realized something groundbreaking was required to reach this untapped potential: Clifton Strengths for International Educators was the result.

In partnership with Don Lacey, former Senior Advisor with Abu Dhabi Education Council, Rob provides Strengths’ based development to help educators ‘grow stronger and stay longer’.
